Who loves quick and easy yet sophisticated and elegant makeup looks? or the question should rather be, who doesn't love such make up looks? ;)

Dior Backstage line was developed in that sense. The line was developed by Peter Philips himelself, the creative and image director of this beautiful house. I have to admit that I have a soft spot for Peter Philips, I really like what he has brought to Dior since he came in 2014.

If I'm not wrong, the Backstage line was launched in 2016. Since then, new products have been added and very recently a primer as well as a new eyeshadow palette and highlighter palette have been added.

Glossy lips seem to make a huge come back this spring/summer and this makes me happy because although I love matte lips, there is always something beautiful about juicy and luscious lips, isn't it? The only thing I don't like about glossy lip products: they tend to last only 1-2 hours and then you have to reapply. When you're working all day, touch-ups are not always possible and that's mainly why I've been loving matte lipsticks or lip tints, they last from morning to lunch and from lunch until the end of the afternoon and you don't have to worry about your lipstick.

Last week was such a special week because I participated in the Beauty Days at Manor Geneva on Thursday and Saturday. This was a real honor and an amazing opportunity and everything was so amazing, it was like a dream! For those who don't know, Manor is one of the largest (if not the largest) department stores in Switzerland and it's a place I love to go to buy makeup, skincare or clothes. And oh yeah, their food section is also pretty incredible (I love their bread! :D )!

A new Dior collection and it's all about metallic, deep shades and colors perfect for fall! :D Fall are always my favorite collections so I was super happy to discover this one by Dior!

I bought some products of the collection and I can't wait to show you these babies. Are you ready for this review?

In fact, in addition to the Metallics collection, Dior launched new lipsticks and nail polishes, but I decided to regroup everything under this same post.

Today I wanted to show you 2 mascaras I've been loving at the moment. A main reason why I love both: they're budge-proof and last all day without smudging, transferring or crumbling. If it rains and you get water in the eyes, it's not a problem either. One of them gives crazy volume (Dior Pump'n'Volume) while the other define the lashes perfectly (Clinique Flutter-to-Full).

A few days ago, I showed a preview of the revamped version of Dior HydraLife line (HERE) and everyone seemed really excited! I was lucky enough to get a few products and today I'll review them here. This will not be a very in-depth review with ingredient analysis like I usually do because I don't have them but I will rather focus on how they feel and how I like them. Are you ready?

A new Dior cushion? I say "yes"! :D Do you remember the Dior Capture Totale DreamSkin Perfect Skin Cushion that was realeased last year? I had a review here and if you want to know more about cushions in terms of makeup, I also invite you to go back to my previous article. The Capture Totale cushion is a tinted moisturizer whereas the new DiorSkin Forever cushion is a real cushion foundation that provides medium to high coverage with a matte finish.

Dior packaging for the Holiday collections is always on point. Every year I'm looking forward to seeing how it will look and it does not disappoint.
