Hi everyone,

Last week was such a special week because I participated in the Beauty Days at Manor Geneva on Thursday and Saturday. This was a real honor and an amazing opportunity and everything was so amazing, it was like a dream! For those who don't know, Manor is one of the largest (if not the largest) department stores in Switzerland and it's a place I love to go to buy makeup, skincare or clothes. And oh yeah, their food section is also pretty incredible (I love their bread! :D )!

I hope you all had a nice weekend! It's getting quite hot here, summer is finally coming! That being said, I'm not so fond of hot weather. I prefer when it's cooler. Anyone feeling that way?

On another note, I have a new bag and its color is light blue and I love it! Light blue seems to be a very trendy color this spring/summer! I also recently got Yves Saint Laurent Bleu Céladon and oh my, I can't tell you how much I love it!

I was very surprised (and happy!) when I found a bottle of Yves Saint Laurent Wintergreen in a clearance basket at my local pharmacy a few days ago! Wintergreen is part of the Jardin de Minuit collection (fall 2011). I felt like I had hit the jackpot and had to bring home this little precious!

Hello!!

Today I have one of my biggest crushes to share with you. It's Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Expressioniste, part of the recent YSL Contemporary Amazon collection for fall 2012. This collections bring two new shades: Rouge Expressioniste and Khaki Arty.

 

Rouge Expressioniste is a muted brick red red hue, a tad darker than pure brick red, with slightly brown undertones.

Today I've got my very first Yves Saint Laurent polish to show you. I found it in a sale basket in a Sun Store (a drugstore in Switzerland) and couldn't resist to try it so I picked it up! By the way, I've noticed there are always some items on sale in Sun Store so it's worth having a look :D
This polish is called 17 Diamant Rose. It's not one of the new Yves Saint Laurent collection, which includes 30 new shades and that looks quite amazing btw, it's an older one.

I took these pictures some weeks ago when I was searching for which light bulbs I wanted to use and when I was playing with different settings. So they are not the best swatches, sorry, but I think you can still see how this polish looks like!
