New bag and goodies!
6:23 PMHello,
I hope you all had a nice weekend! It's getting quite hot here, summer is finally coming! That being said, I'm not so fond of hot weather. I prefer when it's cooler. Anyone feeling that way?
On another note, I have a new bag and its color is light blue and I love it! Light blue seems to be a very trendy color this spring/summer! I also recently got Yves Saint Laurent Bleu Céladon and oh my, I can't tell you how much I love it!
Let's start with the bag! I got it from Sammydress.com. It's a Chinese fashion retail company that sells many different items (clothes, shoes, jewelry, bags, etc) at very attractive prices. When I first came across this website, I must admit I didn't know what to think about it. I kind of left it in a corner of my head and then suddenly I said why not trying something from there. If the quality is not bad, the prices are low, this might interest other people.
So I decided to pick a bag - I LOVE bags! Seriously for a bag that costs less than $10, I wasn't expected much and I was very curious to see how it was made!
Here are some pictures of the bag in question! I put a lipstick and nail polish next to it so that you can have an idea of the size!
OK, it's not the quality of a Louis Vuitton and cannot promise it will last you years but I was rather impressed by the quality. It's not bad at all, even better than what I had imagined considering it only costs $9.78! I like the size, color, and I think it's super cute! I've already carried it around a few times and was very happy with it!
The only issue I had is that there were a thread hanging on the side of the bag, but I just cut it and no one can notice it now. So it's not a big issue.
Pros:
- super cute
- only $9.78
- available in 9 different colors
- you can carry it over your shoulder (long chain) or carry it in your hands (double chain)
- easy to close and open the bag (no problem with the hasp)
- inner pocket available
Cons:
- not the quality of an original designer bag
And finally here is a shot of Yves Saint Laurent 50 Bleu Céladon (Bleus Lumière Collection, Summer 2014). I used 2 coats to get perfect coverage. It officially has the best formula I've ever came across for a pastel nail polish! It's not thick and it's super easy to apply! Honestly, you have to check this polish out!!
Purchase info
