Hello,
Today I want to show some polishes I've discovered recently. They are awesome because they have a suede finish! The brand is Cuccio and the collection is called Precious Metals. It's made of 7 polishes with a suede finish. I picked all the colors except a grey one because I already have 2 semi-matte greys and I thought they were too similar.
Hello~
I have a new brand that comes directly from Portugal to show you today and it's called "Purple Professional". No no, they don't do only purple polishes, that's just the name of the brand :D
Let's go directly to the pictures and I'll add my thoughts about them afterwards!
All pictures are 2 coats of polish, without top coat!
The first one that I got is number 15. It's a a muted and dirty teal creme polish. It dries to a glossy finish and was super easy to work with.
The second one is number 44 and is a bright, almost neon, pink. It's a bit funny because in the bottle, it looks like a darker berry shade, but once on the nails, it really pops! It's a very cheerful and summery color! It dries to a satin finish. This is probably due to the fact that it's almost a neon. I didn't use any top coat so that you can see the satin/matte finish.
And the last one is number 43, a vibrant coral leaning to the red side of coral. It's also a very pretty color, another way of wearing red polish.
The brush is very nice to use. It's a wide, thick brush. Each bottle contains 10 mL of polish.
I was really curious to try this brand as I haven't heard much about it. I've just heard of it from Betty who blog at Betty Nails and she was saying some great things about it.
This brand was a really nice surprise because the quality of the polishes is great. They are 3 Free, easy to apply, not streaky at all and have a good pigmentation. I used 2 coats here for all of them and didn't apply a top coat. I am really happy with the dusty teal because I don't have such polishes in my stash and I love the color. It might be close to OPI Thanks a Windmillion but I don't have it so I cannot compare them. The bright pink is so cheerful and easy to apply, I am pretty sure I'll wear it a lot!
If you have the opportunity to try this brand, don't hesitate because I'm sure you will love it! Their formula (at least the 3 polishes I tried) are just so perfect!

I've got a Chinese polish to show today! This polish is called Dark Orange Gold Dust and the brand is Ebalay. You might have already heard about this brand because they launched a collection of duochrome polishes that seem quite interesting. You can see the bottles here.
For the pictures below, I used only one coat of Dark Orange Gold Dust without top coat. This mani was done super quickly, with just 1 single coat!!

I wanted to try this polish because I was convinced it would look awesome mattified! And oh yeah, I was not wrong! Look at this gorgeous polish mattified!!

| 1 coat of Ebalay - Dark Orange Gold Dust mattified with essence - soft touch polish. |
Final verdict: I simply LOVE how it looks mattified! One coat of matte top coat and you have a gorgeous shimmery matte polish! It reminds me of OPI Suede in terms of texture and finish. The main color is a dark orange packed with lots of fine gold and red particles. It's not super obvious when you look at the bottle or your nails to see it, but I think there must also be some silver particles because when I took it off, I could see a silver layer forming under the orange...exactly in the same way as when I take off my OPI Suede (e.g., We'll always have Paris Suede). If you don't mattify it, it's really shimmery and pretty but I really the matte version. The formula is a bit thick but not unmanageable. Opacitiy is really good. You need only 1 coat to get full opacity and the polish seems to have self-leveling properties. The only complaint I have is that it chipped after only one day....but I think it's still worth it because I love its matte version so much! I would definitely wear it again!

I wanna try the violet purple now!! :D

Final verdict: I had a lot of expectation for this polish and I am not disappointed by Fatty's Got More Blood at all! The color is totally awesome. It's a vampy dark red, totally gorgeous and the finish is spectacluar. It's matte but it doesn't look flat or dull but full of life! It's just gorgeous and elegant! I think I will wear it a lot and it has jumped into my top 10! On the pictures, I used 2 coats. It was easy to apply. I used a common base coat (China Glaze strong adhesion base coat) and no top coat. I will show you it as a base for another mani so you will see how it looks with a top coat in a next post. So stay tuned :D

Hello!
Today I am proud to present you one of my favorite polishes! It's OPI We'll Always Have Paris SUEDE! It's part of the Suede collection (Fall 2009).
Final verdict: This is definitely one of my all time favorite. polishes There are many reasons for that. Firstly, I love the color. It's a light pinky purple with hints of fuchsia and a lot of silver in it. Secondly, the finish is gorgeous. It's a shimmery matte or Suede. I love it's shimmery because it doesn't look dull. Thirdly, its application is flawless and takes only 5 min. You need only 1 coat to get full opacity and an even look and it dries super fast. I'm just in love with this polish!

Hi there~
Another picture but without flash.
OMG! I've got to present you the polish I'm wearing today because I find it totally stunning.
This is "Beam Me Scotty!" from the new Catrice collection called "Out of Space". This is a limited edition.

| Beam Me Scotty! (Catrice), 2 coats, without top coat, with flash |
I suggest you click on the picture to see the shimery matte finish better.
Beam Me Scotty! (I love the name lol) is a dark green/teal with a silver base tone. Sometimes it looks more dark teal and sometimes more dark green...depending on the lightening. And what is the most surprising about this polish is that it dries matte. It's not a true matte but a shimmery matte, exactly like OPI Suede finish.
It's very opaque. You will only need 1 coat for full coverage (I used 2 because I'm not used to use only 1 coat). Application is super easy.
When you touch your nails, it feels like silk. I'ts really soft and smooth (like OPI Suede).

And finally I added a top coat and OMG again! I love it, too.

Final verdict: Beam Me Scotty! is a total winner. The color is great, the finish is amazing (shimmery matte or Suede) and the application is a real dream. This polish is a really must-have. I may have to buy a back-up bottle, something I hardly ever do.
