Estée Lauder - Spring/Summer makeup 2015
11:22 PMHello,
Some time ago, I showed you a preview of news products for spring/summer 2015 by Estée Lauder, including skincare and makeup. I've already reviewed the skincare items here and here, the nail polishes here and today I'll show you the makeup products!
Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Shine Sculpting Lipsticks
OK, let's start with the new Pure Color Envy Shine lipsticks because I really really like them! #lipstickaddict :D
Below is a comparison between Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy and Pure Color Envy Shine. The main difference is the texture, it's supposed to be lighter, sheerer, glossier and more like a colored balm.
Blossom Bright is a bright medium pink-coral with warm undertones. I can wear it for about 5 hours before it starts fading. It's moisturizing and very comfortable to wear. That's a great shade for spring, I really like it!
Innocent is a peachy nude with warm undertones. It has fine shimmer in it, which makes it less hydrating than Blossom Bright. I can wear it for also about 5 hours. I'm not a nude lipstick kind of girl but surprisingly I really like it! It's a very flattering color ;)
I'm adding here a quick comparison between the Pure Color Envy and the new Pure Color Envy Shine. Honestly, they are not so different. I expected the Envy Shine to be much sheerer but as you can see the pigmentation is good. The Envy Shine are a bit glossier and creamier (hard to see on my picture sorry).
I really like both textures and I want to get other colors now (I want Intriguing and Surreal Sun :D).
Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Eye Pencils
It's a long lasting waterproof eye pencil. It defines the eyes with a smooth and even color. Application is very easy, it glides on skin and it's super creamy. It's very pigmented and does last all day long. I didn't notice it feathers or bleeds.
Emerald Volt is a dark teal and Electric Cobalt is an bright blue. Both are really vibrant and absolutely gorgeous, aren't they?
Estée Lauder Little Black Primer
- as a mascara for a natural look (TINT)
- as a base to add texture and help curl the lashes (AMPLIFY)
- or as a top coat to make your mascara waterproof (SET)
Tada~ I've at least find a mascara that I love!! Among everything I've tried up to now, I've never been really seduced by any mascara because they never gave a natural finish. I really like the light yet effective texture of this little black primer. It adds dimension to the eyes but in a very subtle and natural way. That's why I like wearing it alone, on its own. I'm super happy about it!
So...I hope you liked this review. Have you already tried one of these products or are you planning to get something?
