OPI Holiday Collection (2014)
8:20 PMHello!
Only a few days left before the end of the year!
Today I have swatches of some polishes from the OPI Holiday Collection that was created in collaboration with Gwen Stefani.
This collection is seriously huge with 19 nail polishes (12 colorful lacquers + 4 glitter polishes, 2 jewel-toned polishes in gold and silver and a 18K Gold Top Coat)! I have swatches of 4 of them.
Love Is Hot And Coal - Turn the heat up with this deep grayish brown.
It's a brown polish with a grayish-purple shimmer. It's quite unique and I love it. It's one of my favorite from this collection! love it!
I used 2 coats.
What's Your Point-Settia - So what if I think this is the one truly perfect holiday red?
It's a classic bright red creme perfect for the holiday.
It can be built up to full opacity in 2-3 coats. I used 3 here for the pictures but in everyday life, I would go for 2 coats.
Snow Globetrotter - Shake up your world with this glitter swirling with white and rainbow flakes.
It has a clear base and white and iridescent glitters. It's a super fun glitter topper and so appropriate for winter, it looks like snow! The glitters are easy to work with and the formula is good.
Bonus pictures taken in the shade to see the iridescent glitters better.
So elegant - Black and chrome confetti add sophisticated drama to this glitter.
It has a clear base and black and chrome glitters. I didn't expect to love this one as much as I do. I wasn't sure about the chrome glitters but the overall look of this glitter top coat is just so unique and gorgeous, I absolutely love it! It also has a good formula and the glitters are easy to get out of the bottle.
I used 1 coat over OPI I Have A Herring Problem.
The glitter polishes look so awesome that I had to create phone wallpapers with them :D
Pictures are high resolution images and I've resized them to be compatible with most phones. You can also see the other phone wallpapers I made HERE.
From your computer, right click on the picture and open it in a new window in order to get the high resolution picture.
On your phone, tap and hold on the photo then save it to your phone. You will then be able to set it as your wallpaper or lock screen.
PS: As always, I'm not adding any watermark on the wallpaper pictures, but I'm asking you not to take them and put them onto your blog/website. If you want to share them, please, share the link to this blog post instead. Thank you ;D
