Clarisonic Plus

I am lucky girly because I've been chosen by Coolbrandz to review the Clarisonic Plus! I've heard a lot of good things about Clarisonic but I've also heard some people being upset. So I was curious to try it and make my own mind about it.

Packaging and design
The packaging is attractive and nicely designed. You can find all necessary information easily (the content of the box, how to use it and its main features). You can actually spent much time reading all the information on the box. On the contrary, if you want to have just a quick look, there are pictograms that illustrate the main features and results you can expect.
Characteristics and use
The Clarisonic Plus is very easy to use! There is a user guide that explains how to use it in 10 A5 pages (including caution and warnings).
- Prior to the first use, you have to charge the Clarisonic handle for 24h.
- Then, apply cleanser directly to the skin or to the brush head. Personally, I apply cleanser on my face and then damp the brush with just plain water.
- Push the on/off button to turn on the sonic cleansing system.
- You can select the speed of the microvibrations of the brush.
- Gently move the brush head in small circular motion without pressing it on your skin. You must touch your skin very lightly with the brush. Don't press too hard on your skin otherwise you will hamper the movements of the brush. Moreover, I guess your skin will not like it.
- Start with your forehead. After 20 seconds you will hear a beep that indicates you have to move to another part of your face. Basically, you start cleaning your forehead for 20 seconds then hear a beep, move to your right cheek for 10 seconds (beep!), then to your left cheek (beep!), and finally to your chin for 20 seconds. You don't have to calculate the time you have to spend on the different parts of your face because you just have to follow the beeps ;D
- After this cycle of 60 seconds, the Clarisonic will automatically shut off.
- Rinse you skin and you're done!
- Interesting fact: the Clarisonic handle is waterproof and you can even use it in the shower or bathtub. I use it in the shower with the "body brush head" on my legs, cleavage, and shoulders and it's amazing!
Results
The Clarisonic system is supposed to help remove impurities, clear pores, and thouroughly cleanse. It should transform your skin texture and appreance and claims to be compatible with many skin types. It's also advertised as a gentle but powerful cleansing system.
The first time I used it on my face, I was shocked because I was so impressed with the result. I have visibles pores on my nose and cheeks but they almost disappeared with the first use of the Clarisonic. I kept using it once a day but then the results were not as mind-blowing as the first time. The first time was the most impressive for me. So if you have the possibility to try it, it's better if you can try it for at least 2 days. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and when I use it, I can feel my skin is fresh, healthy, and clean. I can actually feel like it's breathing better when I use the Clarisonic. Overall, my skin does feel smoother and softer and I have less visible pores than before starting use it. Another thing that I appreciate is that it takes only 60 seconds to thouroughly cleanse your face. So it's perfect when you don't want to spent hours in your bathroom (I'm super lazy sometimes!).
If you are wondering, I have a very very sensitive skin. For example, it's impossible for me to use most scrubs. And that's why I was a bit concerned that the Clarisonic would be too harsh for me but it's not. I was pleased to see I didn't get any reactions and didn't get red patches on my cheeks.

Clarisonic Plus also comes with a body brush head and I'm in love with it. As I said before my skin is annoying because it's very sensitive, it reacts to some products and waxing is also not that easy. For 7 days, I've been using Clarisonic on my legs every evening while in the shower and I can happily report that my legs like it a lot! They feel smoother and are easier to wax. I'm also using Clarisonic on the upper part of my body and my skin feel really softer and more beautiful. So yep, I've adopted Clarisonic in my routine and am so happy to use it!
In conclusion, the skin on my face and body feel fresher and better when using the Clarisonic. I also like that it's user-friendly and using it is almost like a game. It's quite funny and really enjoyable! It's also great that works nicely even with my sensitive skin!
These 2 products are included in the Clarisonic Plus box. I love the cleanser, it smells so good! I've already bought the bigger version (177 mL / 6 fl oz) and the body scrub is nice because the particles are very fine and it's therefore compatible with sensitive skins.
