Advent Calendars 2017

December is almost there and it means it's almost time to open the first door of our favorite beauty calendars! :D
This year, in addition to the traditional advent calendars containing chocolate, I also received 3 beauty calendars: one from Sephora, one from Essie, and one from L'Occitane!
Keep reading if you want to see them and some other favorites of mine.
Let's start with the calendar from Sephora. I must say that I'm very happy with this calendar as it's super cute, I really like the design and the pastel colors of the whole Winter Wonderland collection of Sephora this year. Plus I also think that you get interesting products (1 sleeping mask, 1 blush, 1 eyeshadow, 1 lip stain, 1 nail polish, 1 fingertip eyeliner, 1 lip crayon, etc) and the price is correct. In Switzerland it retails for CHF 39.90 at Manor (it's already sold out on their website but still available in store).

The second Calendar I have is from L'Occitane. This year they have 2 Calendars, the regular version (the one I have here) and a deluxe version.
In this calendar you will find everything from shower gels, shampoos, soaps to eau de toilette and many more. Illustrated by the renowned French artist Kanako, this Beauty Advent Calendar features 24 of L'Occitane most loved products. It's the first year I have the calendar from L'Occitane so I'm super excited to discover everything. It's a nice way to get to know a brand better.

And finally, the Calendar from...Essie!! Oh well, you know how much I love nail polishes so there is nothing better than an essie calendar, right? :D
It is filled with different nail polishes in different sizes, topcoat and base coat as well as an apricot oil, nail polish remover, nail file and a toe separator.
It retails for about CHF 99 at Manor, Import Parfumerie and Coop. Considering it contains 7 full size nail polishes and that the price of 1 polish is CHF 14.90, it already makes almost CHF 105. So I think the price is great!

And that's it for the beauty Calendars I have this year! I also wanted to get the one from Kiehls, I almost bought it but then decided to go for their calendula toner (limited edition packaging) instead :D I was also interested in the Biotherm calendar but couldn't find it in Switzerland....And finally the Rituals Calendar is also one I was really interested in because I haven't tried that many products from the brand and would like to get to know it better...maybe I'll get it before it's too late...!
And oh yeah, the one from the Body Shop is also super tempting! and they even have a calendar for the 25-31 December :D
