As you probably know, I'm a huge fan of sheet masks and I'm always super excited to try new masks!

Etude House Calming Cheek Patch
I start with my favorite of them!
Etude House Calming Cheek Patch is a cream gel textured patch that soothes and moisturizes dry and irritated cheeks. You're supposed to leave it on for 20 min and then massage the remaining essence into skin.
Ingredients:
Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Niacinamide, Ceratonia Siliqua Gum, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan) Extract, Polysorbate 60, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Phenyl Trimethicone, CentellaAsiatica Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Husk Oil, Tocopherol, Allantoin,Ethylhexylglycerin, Adenosine, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Potassium Hydroxide.
This mask contains mainly solvents (water, butylene glycol), humectants (glycerin), emollients (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), and niacinamide. I've already talked a few times about niacinamide here because it's such a great ingredient. It's one of the best anti-aging ingredients with quite a large body of scientific literature demonstrating its benefits for the skin. Nacinamide can improve skin’s elasticity, enhance its barrier function, stimulate microcirculation, help erase discolorations, and revive skin’s healthy tone and texture. It is also able to treat an uneven skin tone and to mitigate acne and the red marks it leaves behind (known as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation). CosDNA analysis here.

In terms of effects, these cheek patches were the most effective for me. I used them before going to bed, kept them for about 20 min and didn't really check my skin before falling asleep but the next morning when I woke up, I was impressed. My skin (on the cheeks) looked really smooth, soft, and soothed! I actually didn't expect much so I was pleasantly surprised! That's a mask I would gladly repurchase.

Etude House Black Hydrogel Eye Patch
This mask is hands down the funniest and coolest mask I've ever seen. When you put it on, you feel like if you were batman! lol
The eye goggle patch makes skin around the eyes elastic and bright with its dual function of anti-wrinkle+whitening. The closely adhering vaseline and oil gel provide abundant moisture and nourishment to tired skin around the eyes. You have to leave it on for 30 min and then massage the remaining essence into skin.

The ingredients of this hydrogel mask are solvents (water, dipropylene glycol, diethoxyethyl succinate), humectants (glycerin), niacinamide, some functional ingredients, vaseline and some plant extracts. Ingredient-wise, I think it's pretty neat as the cheek patches. The anti-wrinkle+whitening claim comes from the niacinamide and probably also from the antioxidant plant extracts. In terms of effects, I was expecting it to be more moisturizing. I have to say that I'm generally not a huge fan of hydrogel masks, I prefer regular sheet masks. I always find hydrogel masks less moisturizing than traditional sheet masks, am I the only one?
Anyway, I think this is a pretty cool mask because of its shape and because when you wear it you can't help laughing. Effects are not spectacular, it provides moisture but not something crazy. I would probably not repurchase but was happy to try it.
Etude House Laugh Line Care Patch
According to Etude House, "The smile line firming patch intensively provides elasticity and moisture to your smile lines by promoting skin's absorption of active ingredients. The hydrogel that melts with skin's temperature contains spicule." You have to leave it on for 20-40 min and then massage the remaining essence into skin.

Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Ceratonia Siliqua Gum, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan) Extract, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Hyaluronate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Allantoin, Hydrolyzed Sponge, Quartz, Ethylhexylglycerin, Adenosine, Disodium EDTA, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Fragrance, Potassium Hydroxide.
The main ingredients of these patches are solvents (water, butylene glycol), humectants (glycerin), some functional ingredients, and panthenol (pro-vitamin B5, humectant, reduce inflammation, promote healing). CosDNA analysis here.
The patches help with dry skin and they feel moisturizing but for me the patches didn't make a crazy difference. My skin felt a bit smoother and more plump because better moistruized, which is of course already great but that's something you can achieve with a regular sheet mask.
Etude House Honey Jelly Lips Patch (Moisturizing)
The lip patch keeps your lips nourished, elastic, and moisturized with triple care from honey, propolis, and royal jelly.
Place onto clean lips and leave on for 10~15 minutes. Massage remaining product into your lips.

The main ingredients are again solvents (water, butylene glycol), humectants (glycerin), it contains also some emollients (olive oil PEG-8 esters) and functional ingredients. Honey comes just after pheonxyethanol (max concentration 1%) while royal jelly and propolis are far down below in the list. I know Korean ingredients are not always reported in the same order as in the US for example but I guess royal jelly and propolis are in rather low concentration while honey should be more present. The lip patch gives a nice moisturizing boost to the lips. My lips were chapped before using it but I have to agree that after using it, they felt much smoother and healthier. This is a temporary effect because after a few hours, they felt dry again. Maybe it would be wise to use a lip balm or some vaseline just after using the lip patch to seal in the moisture. That's something I'd love to try to see if it helps extend the effect. But overall, I think it's a nice and funny patch that is worth trying! and yep, I would repurchase.
Etude House Cherry Jelly Lips Patch (Vitalizing)
The lip patch keeps your lips moisturized, revitalized, and plump with triple care from cherry extract, hyaluronic acid, and collagen.

This is the vitalizing version of the lip patch. The ingredients are a bit different than for the honey patch but on the lips, they feel more of less the same. So again, I think it's a fun and interesting lip mask to try at least once in your life! :D
Overall, I really really liked the cheek patches, I will definitely repurchase them. The other ones were interesting and really fun - sincerely the packaging is too cute - but they didn't wow me. I might also repurchase the honey lip patches! I also have to mention that they don't contain particularly irritating ingredients and none of them contain alcohol so honestly I think they're pretty nicely formulated. Good job, Etude House!
